More dams in Sarawak?

AP reports on 28 Oct that 2 more dams maybe constructed in Sarawak. CM Taib said one will be in Belaga near the uncompleted Bakun and another in Kapit, border with Kalimantan.
Sarawak CM is out of his mind. The nation is still burdened with huge debt and the disasterous ecological cost from Bakun. He wants to venture into more dams?!
