Hanging in suspense

More than a hundred activists gathered at Anwar’s office in PJ this morning. We were waiting for the ACA officials to come to execute their ultimatum, viz. to seize the “original” clip from Anwar.
A day earlier, we informed the ACA officials that they will get “what they want” today (25 Oct).
This morning, the ACA officials informed Anwar that they were “on their way” to his office.
The crowd waited and waited, until 11:30hr there was no sign of them. Meanwhile, I started to deliver a speech to the supporters on the latest development of the issue. My speech was followed by Deputy Youth Chief Fariz, Tan Sri Khalid, Din Merican, and other leaders.
Finally, near to noon, Anwar received a call telling him that the meeting has been “canceled”. However, no reason given. Neither they informed us what was the status of ultimatum.
The ACA again exposed its unprofessional behavior. This clearly demonstrated that they are nothing but an agency serving the political interest of the ruling parties. When Bernama contacted the ACA Director-General Ahmad Said Hamdan, he said the ACA was still waiting for the original recording of the video clip.
The statement was utterly dishonest. The ACA even added a line of threat:
“We’ll see what happens tomorrow since today is the deadline.”
“We’ll see what happens tomorrow since today is the deadline.â€
Mmmmwwwaaahaaahaaahaaaa….!!!!
This is a class act!
This is scaringly fast by Malaysiaboleh standard - normally what should be done today is not dealt with today and neither tomorrow. It is usually left till next week/month/year. Or forever - buried with what some Chinese would have Said ham dan (salted eggs).
To be seen to be or to want to be in such a hurry to deal with something such as this (close case because of ‘lack of time/evidence’) may let the potential criminal/s get away.
Now we can’t have that, can we?
Mmmmwwwaaahaaahaaaahaaa….!!!! Priceless!
Possibly a world-class Abetting Corruption Agency!
