People always see political activism as distressing and demanding. At times I got worn down by the very tight schedule and have very little time for any hobby.
I was quite happy that got a chance for little diversion this time. As usual, We were short of time when organizing a small protest for the Independent Panel which will be meeting tomorrow (29 Oct). Lateefah volunteered to write a memo. No banner was prepared.
I discussed with a few people, everyone was cracking their head for a good slogan. Finally an idea came to my mind.
Here my favorite bird ostrich is best suited for the occasion. It took me about two hours to put the whole thing together. However I started quite late, ie. about 01:00hr midnight and managed to have the banner done by 03:00hr or so.
Actually, I am quite pleased with the work. Hope Haidar and other members of the Independent Panel have a sense of humours.
