With the prevailing negativity in al these institutions, law and order have deteriorated as crime rate soars. no wonder, long term investments are lagging behind our neighbours and even if they come in, the overseas courts are to be the final arbiter in a lot of cases. thats a further damnation on the credibility of the courts here. the judiciary is already in tatters and instead of nurturing it back to its former glory days, the government tries to make it worse by parachuting another of their man as the CJ. 4 years ago, I thought he was THE RIGHT MAN as the leader of this country with his anti-corruption and fair administration stance. 4 years later, I have the utmost disgust for this spineless and clueless man.
