Greetings from Mongolia (2)

Recently there have been some good news from Mongolia.
On Nov 23, I received an email from a from Tenger. Tenger who I met in one of the international meeting was a young politician from the ruling Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party (MPRP). We became acquaintance, as we share the same name. Tenger in Mongolian equals to Chinese “Tian” (Sky).
Tenger is the MPRP’s International Chief. He informed me that a new prime minister has been elected and a coalition government would be formed. Beside the MPRP which is the largest party in the parliament, the new coalition government would be consisted of Civil Will Party, National New Party and others.
Not long after that, I received another email informing me that an old friend, Ms Sanjaasuren Oyun, the leader of Civil Will Party has been appointed Foreign Minister in the new cabinet.
Oyun and I had worked together for the formation of ARDA, and she served as the member of ARDA steering committee until her ministerial appointment.
When I was detained under ISA, she was a MP and came to Malaysia as part of an international fact-finding mission. You could imagine the treatment she got from Malaysian government then.
Her appointment will certainly strengthen her commitment to promote regional human rights and democracy. She wrote me an email on Christmas Eve (Dec 24):

I am quite sure, once she gets on with the job, she will not be very pleased with the development of Altantuya trial. I assume my friend Tenger too will pay considerable attention to this case too.
I will be obliged to cooperate with my international friends. More interesting time ahead?
That’s great news! Let justice prevail! Let us find out who ordered the brutal murder of Altantuya. I want the truth to be revealed NOT lies as was evidently proven when you got punched but NST highlighted that you BIT the police officer.
IT’s good to have some international counterparts to be involved in this case. Good work Tian Chua. May Allah (God) protect you and those seeking the truth for this case. May Allah put hardship on those who are liars and killers
