The Visual Unit of Biro Penerangan will launch a new tool to disseminate information.

The technology, which we have just acquired is called FoneCode. It will enable people who have camera-phone with internet access to download visual material from the Party.

After the Chinese New Year holiday, we will officially launch this new weapon for election campaign.

Here are the step to use this new gadget:

1. You need to download a software “Scanlife Reader” into your phone from http://ictmy.com/p2v or http://p2v.keadilanrakyat.org (to be operating from next week).

2. Once donwload, activate by selecting Scanlife Reader icon on your phone menu.

3. Then point phone camera at Fonecode (below)

A short visual clip will be downloaded into your handphone.

Parti Keadilan Rakyat can now broadcast our video clip through handphone.
