Dear MP,
I have written to City Hall a few times since last year to request for some landscaping for jalan ipoh (from batu 3 - batu 5). They requested for pictures - which I sent them in a CD and also photos but till date, there has been neither acknowledgement nor action from them. If you drive along this stretch of road, it must be one of the most bleak and bare roads in the city - ugly to look at and totally neglected. We would like to take some pride in the constituency and not be made to feel like third-class citizens where only the upmarket areas should be landscaped! The same goes for Jalan Kuching. Can something be done?

I would also like to find out if you know what has been earmarked for the Batu constituency under the KL Draft Plan and whether there will be even more PPR flats to be built here.

Finally, can u please give directions to your service centre? Most people do not know where it is!
Thank you.

Hi, Mr Chua,
I would like to say the main woes are in the enviroment, in batu constituency.
Batu people need to do more to improve their enviroment. They need more empowerment ,to generally make life for all citizens in batu, better.

We all need to do more ,to solve batu constitueny woes like family finance woes, air pollution woes, water pollution woes, noise pollution woes and many other woes affecting, Batu parlimen.

I believe we all citizens in batu,if united can build ,the best multiracial constituency, in the whole of peninsular malaysia.

Wish you all best, in all your endeavours. You have my undivided support in making Batu parliament area ,the best it can be, for all its voters and citizens. One day in future, the bright future of batu constitiency, will become a reality and shine for all Malaysians.

Happy Merdeka,God bless the Rakyat,Malaysia and People of Batu constituency.
Cheers.

Dear MP,
All these years, motorcycles and cars had been allowed to wander freely in the Batu Metropolitan Garden and this endangers the lives of joggers and people who are carrying out their recreation activites especially kids. So far only temporary plastic poles were put up but to no avail. I hope you can solve this overdue problem. other than that, I would suggest to build a connecting bridge right at the end of the park to facilitate joggers as currently it is a dead-end and quite isolated. many avoid this part of the garden as it is unsafe in the wee hours and late evening.

Dear Tian Chua,
Since you've been our MP, I think we have yet to see any progress or action from you to improve our Batu area. The traffic towards Mutiara Complex or Selayang is always congested, the buses that goes to LCCT are always a factor, the road is for moving cars, it is not a terminal station!!! Because of that, public transportations are stopping in the middle of the road to alight passangers!! People parking at residential areas causing a hazard to residents.
I not hoping that you can fix all these overnight..but please have some action taken!! Don't just change the road signs, it does no good.

Unhappy resident of Batu

Dear friend,
I understand your frustration. The KL authorities are very slow moving, despite being pushed hard.
I hope I can change things faster. I will continue to try to knock the brick wall.
Thank you.

I know you will be busy now, just a word of caution that not only Sentul but the whole of KL is infested with RATS and if nothing is done there is going to be a outbreak of deadly diseases in the near future. Pl inform our DBKL guys to move on a war footing at the soonest.

Dear MP,
We haven't heard from you at all. Not a word.
I didn't catch the screening for the Par. sit-in sessions but I would like to know that you are representing us well.
We want to hear from you and see changes. Please "no talk only".

Hi! Tian Chua,
I hope you could help to improve Batu area as I would like to air my frustration to those irresponsible motorist illegally park in front of Mutiara Complex at Jalan Ipoh which caused massive jam during peak hours. What's the point of widening the road but still worst than before? There are no local authorities take action on those illegal motorists until today. Please help.

Dear Tian Chua,
You have been voted in by us. You have been brave and "rebellious" or rather non-status quo. Great. Make it work for us the citizens.

I know it is not your work to look into stuff like rubbish, roads etc but it is the council. However, can you do the following?

We stay in Villa Angsana and we have the pasar malam every Monday night. There have been near accidents due to the narrow road espcially at the immediate entrance into Rainbow Garden. This is due to the grid and grilles left by a Malay hawker who has since moved but did not dismantle the grilles to the stall.
Please get it removed before someone gets hurt by the narrow road.

Also the hawker stall by mamak in the mornings throw rubbish at night onto the pavements! it is disgusting to see the left over rubbish and dead rats and sometimes food remains all over the pavement. Please can we have a rubbish bin for the public somewhere? Also please get the guy to relocate. We don't want the stink. If this is Subang - ha, it won't be allowed to even take place. Are we any less than Subang people?

I suggest to relocate hawkers at the island - the empty space next to the "squatting and reluctant house owner who refuses to move" right in the middle. If people can clear the land there and put some water and basic facilities there I think it will make a good place for mamak stall etc.

Please help us to keep the place clean and orderly. We need you to try and get the council machinery moving.
Thanks.
By the way, how come you didn't ask us to put in the questions for your Par session? Do let us know and we can help you.
