RPK out of hell?

Finally, RPK walked out of Sg Buloh prison freely!
He was brought to PJ Session Court and released yesterday (9 May) at 09:30hr on the dot. I was late to receive him in court, but caught up with Marina, Petra and the whole gang in Hilton PJ.
Petra was cheerful as usual. He shared with us his story of his close encounter with the duo Shirul and Azilah in the prison. The prison authorities got panic when Shirul and Azilah shouted “We are going to get you!” at Petra. They had to put on high alert all the time for fear of RPK’s safety.
Whether Shirul and Azilah intended to threaten RPK or not, the prison officers were too anxious to take things lightly. They must be very relieved with RPK’s release.
RPK is definitely very happy that everything has followed the script so far. It seems that all the actors are playing their role well.
Today Najib took his stage: he announced the purchase of Sukhoi jetfighters and Scorpene submarine was proper and legitimate. He even implied that he is willing to let the arm deals to be audited.
time to move on and make malaysia a safe nation free from drugs….PR headed by PKR must now focus exposing those big drugs masterminds who get away and what we read in our papers are the police only busted their runners.

BN wants the gravy train

The Sedition Act of 1948
The galloping by the horse-owner
The needs of power in the hands
There shouldn’t be any obstacle
The line of selective persecution draws
The double standard never applies
To the leaders unleashing the bad horse
So what do we get?
They don’t learn their lessons well
They are still arrogant as hell
The light will not dim so easily
They don’t care; they will go for their last rites
Bleeding the people and pushing the gravy train
UMNOBN will be in ruins
Of its soul of hell comes to claim
Telling the truth is so difficult
It never sees the light
They are hell-bound to self disintegrate
And I can bet that Najib & gang will come out with excuses later.
Must get an international auditor. The auditor should find out the products’ market price and the price Najib obtained.
When you think it’s safe inside the four walls
You still get so many friendly advising calls
To quickly get out before the final curtain falls
That’s how game is played with bouncing balls

Could you take up the challenge in parliament to pressure the audit to get through immediately?
Don’t wait too long else a lot of OSA file will be missing. All files classified as OSA on the above projects or purchase should be declassified and let the independent audit be carried out and report to parliament. If the report has to go through the PM or DPM before can be released, then we the voter see the piece of report as “tainted rubbish”

I’m happy that RPK is a free man at this moment. But, whether he can remain ‘free’ is something that we may not know for sure. Indeed, it is better for him to be out for his own safety although it may go against against his principles. What seems ‘proper and legitimate’ and also ‘be improper and illegitimate’ and vice versa. I’m not trying to be philosophical. Time will tell.

Saya, Mohd Sofi Yassin, rakyat Malaysia bermastautin di negeri Selangor dengan ini merakamkan rasa kecewa dan hampa yang teramat terhadap kecelaruan dan kepincangan dalam pentadbiran kerajaan Malaysia yang diterajui oleh YAB Datuk Seri.
Sebagai rakyat Malaysia, Melayu dan beragama Islam, saya dengan penuh keinsafan dan rasa tanggungjawab mengatakan di sini bahawa terdapat banyak perkara yang amat bertentangan dengan prinsip Rukun Negara dan kedaulatan Negara yang telah YAB dan parti pemerintah di bawah pimpinan YAB telah lakukan.
Di antara kekecewaan saya ialah:
1. Kenapa berlaku pendakwaan terpilih yang keterlaluan dalam pentadbiran kerajaan Barisan Nasional / UMNO sejak dari dulu hingga sekarang, dan tiada usaha oleh YAB Datuk Seri untuk mengembalikan kedaulatan perlembagaan?
2. Ketegasan yang cuba YAB paparkan terhadap kes YB Karpal Singh dalam isu berkaitan ke bawah DYMM Sultan Perak, jelas menampakkan ketidakjujuran dan pendakwaan terpilih YAB dalam melayani permasalahan rakyat khususnya dalam urusan kedaulatan Raja-Raja Melayu.
3. Saya hanya akan bersetuju dengan ketegasan YAB jika tindakan dan siasatan yang sama dilakukan terhadap kesemua wakil rakyat Barisan Nasional di negeri Terengganu dan Perlis yang telah dengan jelas, angkuh, sombong dan bongkak mempertikaikan hak serta kedaulatan Sultan Terengganu dan Raja Perlis pada akhir bulan Mac dan April 2008 yang lalu?
4. Sementara dalam kes berkaitan pendakwaan dan penahanan YM. Raja Petra Kamaruddin, di mana kewajarannya tindakan tersebut dilakukan? Bukankah kita berada dalam sebuah negara merdeka dan berdaulat, mempunyai undang-undang yang membenarkan YAB Dato’ Seri Najib mengambil tindakan secara berhemah, terhormat dan secara peribadi?. Sekiranya Dato’ Seri Najib merasakan dia difitnah, maka seharusnya beliaulah yang menyaman YM. Raja Petra. Kenapa mesti undang-undang yang mencengkam kebebasan rakyat yang digunakan oleh pemerintahan Barisan Nasional?
YAB Datuk Seri,
Saya sebagai rakyat Malaysia yang mengasihi pemimpin yang jujur, ikhlas, berilmu, dan bertanggungjawab ingin mencernakan dan meleraikan tanggapan saya dan rakyat Malaysia terbanyak terhadap beberapa keraguan berikut:
1. Semasa musim piliharaya umum ke 12 yang lalu, rakyat Malaysia telah dimaklumkan bahawa menantu Perdana Menteri, Khairy Jamaluddin dengan sedar, dan Datuk Seri juga menyedarinya telah mencampuri urusan pentadbiran negara sedangkan beliau atas sifat sebagai menantu Perdana Menteri tidak berhak melakukannya. Pertanyaan saya, apakah benar perkara ini? Kalau tidak benar, kenapakah majoriti rakyat Malaysia termasuk ahli UMNO sendiri mengakuinya? Bukankah ini perbuatan orang yang tidak amanah?
2. Saya dengan penuh kesedaran telah melihat beberapa gambar YAB Datuk Seri dalam keadaan dan kelakuan yang dapat saya takrifkan sebagai biadap, keterlaluan, tidak sopan dan amat menghina kesusilaan budaya masyarakat Melayu dan Agama Islam. Soalan saya apakah benar itu perbuatan Datuk Seri? Sekiranya benar itu perbuatan Datuk Seri, maka saya dengan penuh hormat berdasarkan hak saya sebagai rakyat Malaysia mencadangkan agar Datuk Seri memohon maaf secara terbuka kepada seluruh rakyat Malaysia atas kebiadapan Datuk Seri.
Sekian dan semoga Datuk Seri diberi pertunjuk daripada ALLAH SWT.

We need to engage on of those who are excellent at detecting fraud cases; those that audit with microscopes…they can tell the discrepancies. You can bet DPM is not stupid; and has his tracks well covered over the purchases.
Can we find out who stands to gain financially for the National Service? We need audits too for the uniforms, the utensils, the shoes, the whatevers. I am sure there is a rat somewhere as well. Just think of the immense numbers and the budgets. It makes your jaw drop …. and your eyes see $$$$$$. How YB Tian Chua, who can unearth this…
Watch up for those who claim they are ‘clean’……….history shows that the ‘clean’ ones have the pwoer to alter the facts and twist the numbers.
Neither an external nor an internal auditor can verify the numbers as democracy and transparency are belonging to the ‘guided’ type whereby one is told to behave, act and perform.
A simple question is …..”Why spend all the money on weapons and just who are our enemies”
