Mahathir imitating Anwar
Jun 2nd, 2008 by Tian

The Star (1 June 2008):
Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says he will not quit as adviser to Proton and Petronas voluntarily, adding that he prefers to be kicked out.
“If they want to take away my positions, they are welcome, as I am not dependent on them and not even if they give me RM15,000 a month. I am not interested. So anytime they say get out, I will get out, no problem,” he said.
Mahathir’s supporters must take their hats off for the old man.
Mahathir thought Anwar was being silly when the former DPM refused to resign but chosen to be sacked. After 10 years, Dr M realised it was a big big mistake.
He was a quick learner. The ex-PM hoped to reinvent his fortune by refusing to resign. But Abdullah is no Mahathir, he has no guts to make Mahathir a martyr.
I guess he will wait patiently for Dr M’s resignation and to continue paying RM15,000 per month for an adviser who need not giving any advice.
If Abdullah willing, Mahathir seemed ready to teach PM Abdullah how to avoid a drastic petrol price hike.
Zero politic now-its now petrol heat.
Weather in our country is getting hotter even with the evening downpour nowsaday, nobody care who is going to rule the country now, afterall all of us is going to burn to ashes by the price of the petrol price, no more traffic jam by the third quarter of the year, we are all at par with U.S citizen, cause we pay the same price of petrol like they do, the only different is that we have no right like what they have, and we cannot right the wrong like what they right!!!
protes harga minyak! http://muxisme.blogspot.com/
They’ve all been imitating Anwar. What platform did Badawi use for his 2004 election campaign? Moving forward. Alot of BN loudspeakers have also been echoing that. To me, Anwar is PM all but in name.
I clearly remember the government assuring the rakyat that oil price will not rise anymore within the short term after the last hike. Is this a a show of brute power i.e. punishment to the rakyat for not voting for them? is this their way of saying ‘padan muka’? If they are sincere about helping the rakyat overcome this hardship like what they are saying now, whatever goodies they say they will give had better come out quickly as each passing day is like a time bomb. When people are pushed to the limit, they will revolt. Look at Indonesia, why are there so much riot? Because the people have nothing to lose anymore…fight or die!
YB Tian Chua,
Asked in next parlimen sitting:
1) How much money needed to develop iskandar region-does this money come from oil subsidy or tax-payers money??
2) How much money needed Malaysian 122 army at Britain Palace?
What is the cost and Malaysia should withdraw from this place-nothing to proud off!!!!!
Look YB. If you blog about all this, fine. If you let us know what’s happening fine. But we want to know what you are doing about it for your constituency. Talk is cheap, cheaper than all the hawker food that has risen by 50-70 sen. In case you don’t know, eh?
Please help us in practical ways.
Cheaper Beer & Cigarettes For A More Emotionally Healthy Malaysia!
Dear Bloggers, can we start a new campaign? also to request PR to lower the prices if they take over the federal gov.
Cheers!
Anyway, what goes around comes around.
YB, what is your planning for your kawasan. Please update, please?
We must impose not only windfall tax on Bernas and PLUS for backdated to the past 20 years. This will certainly boost Government’s topline revenue, unfortunately no matter how much tax we collected, our federal account still bottom with deficit only those finance officers will know where the expenditure gone, like space touring by Angkasawan pride has turn into our agony of Rakyat. Why don’t the second finance minister proposes to impose oil consumption tax on all vehicle used by government officer, minister and parlimentarian, so that every parlimentarian can walk the street and feel the plight of avoiding such heft petrol prize, in order to fight inflation. I believe 50% or more of our parlimentarian will be better off abdominal fat-burn and reduce their medical subsidy by federal fund. I loud YB Chua in view of his recent biking to the house, I truely support you to bike more for own health and stop reliance on petrol.
