ISA: Can vs Not

It was a disappointing afternoon for me. I spent nearly one and half hour searching high and low around Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang for Dr Rajakumur’s funeral. By the time I arrived at his residence, all well-wishers and family members had left for the crematorium.
During my search, I drove past a small congregation of people at the junction between Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang. It was the gathering of PEWARIS, a group claimed to represent Malay NGOs. From their slogans and banners, they appeared to support ISA and threatened to run “amok” (berserk) against those undermining Malay unity.
This is something new. The purpose of ISA can be so creative. Now they claimed ISA is needed to protect Malay from disintegration.
Anyway, I do not think anyone should be offended by the gathering. In a democratic country, citizens are free to demonstrate and protest. The authorities should not ISA is against people who exercise their rights of assembly and free speech.
However on the very same night, the police displayed a very different attitude towards the Anti-ISA gathering at Pandan Indah. The gathering was supposed to be attended by Anwar Ibrahim, Hadi Awang and Lim Kit Siang.
At 21:00hr, the field of MPAJ at Pandan Indah was condoned off by hundreds of FRU and police forces. The gathering was aborted yet the police continue to assault and arrested 7 supporters (Malaysiakini).
The gathering was held in a premise owned MPAJ. We cannot understand the rationale for not granting a police permit (The Star, The Sun).
Double-standard again?

Rich or Poor does not matter we can all work hard to survive but injustices and oppressions are some things most intolerable and that will create deep hatred, the more fear and hatred UMNO SI BOTAK is trying to create, the harder the resistance forces will be going against him and the whole of UMNO, come next general election, nobody except the uninformed will vote for BN who represented UMNO and their plundering, oppressive, fear tactics and cheating policies against the peace loving Rakyats of Malaysia.

DON’T FORGET C4 IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN BUY IN THE SUPERMARKET AND IMMIGRATION RECORDS OF ENTRY CANNOT BE EASILY DELETED WITHOUT TOP POWER INTERFERENCE FROM UMNO SI BOTAK & NARGIS C4.
WHY Razak Baginda, the fall guy, with no further obstacles or hindrances in sight for Najis C4 in his ascending to the Top Power, has now been released??? Well he was released so that he can say some good words for Narjis C4 but then if he is sentenced to death he would then wash all the DIRTY linens in court or in public and then nothing but the whole truth would then be revealed. Now two other Police fall guys has been charged for the Murder but there seem to be no valid motives for them to do so except that they were carrying out orders from their boss none other than C4 Najis or immediate family. The real murderers whose identities are obvious but are still at large, with RPK detained under ISA but just released and PI Balasundram exiled overseas there are no other major obstacles and hindrances to C4 Najis’ ascendancy to the pinnacle of his power come March 2009. This is only obvious that UMNO has now the final say in justice with their man Zaki as the Chief Justice. This is the obvious Justice of Malaysia, the laughing stock of the whole world, Malaysia should be boycotted by the world communities for their greatest injustices towards human rights and common normal justices. THIS IS MALAYSIA UMNO’S MALAY SUPREMACY AT ALL COSTS BUT GOING DOWN THE SEWERS WITH NAJIS C4, THE NEW PRIME MINISTER IN WAITING AFTER THE 51ST YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE.
The reckless use of ISA reveals Insanity, Immaturity, Insecurity, Inhumanity and Insults to the sane, mature, secure, humane and democratic Malaysians!
Sometimes, I wish Sarawak isn’t part of Malaysia… so much racism going on…on the other side of the South China Sea, I mean. Let me go off tangent a little bit… In fact, Malaysia is only 45 years old, not 51! Without Sabah and Sarawak (S’pore excluded after they backed out), there was NO Malaysia!!! There was only Malaya! What the racists claim to be Tanah Melayu! Sarawak is definitely NOT Tanah Melayu! Perhaps, if racism in W. Malaysia would not cease, Sarawak may as well pull out of Malaysia… juz pondering… hmmm… provided the state govt is clean tho….
The intent of ISA has been twisted by some to suit the occasion of the day. Such practice and thus the ISA ought to be scrapped for the sake of all mankind.
Recent incidents have clearly shown that ISA is being misused…..no justification in this sort of detaintion and lock away without a proper hearing.
Let’s do away with ISA !!
