A shocking news reached me on my way to Parliament this morning (17 Dec). Syafiq (Suara Keadilan photo journalist) called: “Syukree passed away!”
What? I was with him at Rawang Police Station until early morning yesterday! I was unsure what caused his death.

Bulldoze Bill

At 19:30hr (16 December), after two days debate, the parliament dominated by BN MPs is now bulldozing the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Bill.

57 cyclists were arrested and detained in Rawang Police Station on Monday evening (15 Dec). The cyclists were part of “Cycle for Change” campaign coordinated by JERIT.

It is already 23:15hr, 15 minutes before parliament ends, I am still waiting for my chance to speak on Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission Bill.
All speakers from both ruling and opposition parties had pointed out various weaknesses of the bill. I am rather pessimist that the Government is willing to amend or improve the bill.
