Rohaniza told the court yesterday (3 July) that she was “tortured” and “under tremendous pressure” during her 14-day remand.
Anyone who has undergone the experience of interrogation under remand would confirm Rohaniza’s story. Torture has been the most common (if not the only) form of police investigation method.

I hope people don’t miss the point. The issue is that Najib knew Altantuya. The evidence by Ms Burmaa last Friday confirmed Najib is connected one way or another to the victim.

Father of Altantuya must be going through an agonizing time in Malaysia. Mr Shaariibuu is totally frustrated with the legal process in Malaysia. With the murder trial of Mongolian woman coming up, Najib’s time is running out. Still, he simply brushed off the allegation of his involvement in the submarine transaction.

Anwar held a press conference this morning in his house. He commented on the recent development of Altantuya case. He called for transparency and impartiality in the trial.
