Ceramah Anwar in Batu

Anwar attended two talk on Sunday (9 Sept) night.
He first went to Wangsa Maju. The talk was held in the party divisional office from 21:00hr. Anwar spoke there first before coming over to Batu.

9 Sept was another busy Sunday.
KeADILan Batu Division organized a voter registration exercise from 09:00-13:00hr. We opened a counter in a coffee shop in Taman Mastiara. We chose here because there are quite a few new neighbourhoods that have emerged in the last ten years, eg. Taman Mastiara, Taman Tasik Indah, Taman Mutiara, etc.

Anwar in Batu

Bahagian Batu will organize a “Menghayati Kemerdekaan” public meeting on Sunday 9 September. Speakers includes various local leaders from the division and myself.

Demolition Threat

Quick decision.
Only a few hours after the handing over of our memo, about 14:00hr I received a phone call from DBKL. Hj Sahak who received our memo this morning called told me that the Director of Enforcement rejected all our demands in memo.
In other words, bulldozers and demolition men will come to Kampong Simpang Batu [...]
