   Selamat Malam YB
   Saya yang menetap kat Kg Batu, ingin membuat satu aduan untuk YB kemukakan kepada pihak LHDN iaitu potongan EPF & Insuran yang limitnya hanya RM6000.00 agar tidak di adakan limit. Contohya apabila saya punya potongan EPF sebanyak RM8000.00 dan insuran yang berjumlah RM1200.00 setahun sedangkan pelepasan hanya boleh RM6000.00 Sedarkah para menteri ini yang saya banyak tangungan untuk saya bayar. Dahlah sya buat potongan gaji setiap bulan tapi…. bila sampai bayar cukai dah di kira-kira kena bayar lagi? habistu macamana nak baya?.. terpaksalah saya ikat perut? tak bayar kena denda…. tolong selesaikan masalah saya ini. Kalau boleh hapuskan saja incometax ini, gantikan aje dengan zakat yang tak membebankan orang.

   YB walaupun saya masih lagi seorang ahli UMNO tetapi jiwa
   saya sudah lama terkeluar. Dan dalam dua pilihanraya yang
   lepas saya telah memangkah parti yang bertanding dengan
   UMNO. YB saya memang mengharapkan orang 2 seperti YB
   untuk membela nasih kami rakyat biasa yang tiada mempunyai
   suara untuk menyatakan kebencian kami pada kerajaan hari
   ni.. tolonglah bantu rakyat untuk kesejahteraan bukan menindas
   rakyat untuk kepentingan peribadi .HIDUP PKR kami akan tetap
   menyokong perjuangan kalian ,

   I am truly gratitute to see your sacrifices has been paid off when the people in Batu collectively sent you to Parliment to continous your journey via appropraite channel instead of cornering you to be a street hero !

    The Pakatan led Government in Penang has awarded Lee Chong wei a Datukship for winning the silver medal at the Olympics
    On the same day K.LOGHANDRAN won second place in the World championship of Public Speaking a competition that spanned 8 months with 25,00 participants from 92 countries taking part
    Lee Chong Wei was financed by the government
    K.Loghandran financed his own.
    Lee Chong Wei was awarded RM300,000
    K.Loghandran was given a letter of congratulations from the Prime Ministers Dept.
    The Malacca govt has honoured an Indian from India
    The malacca govt and The Selangor Govt can honour a Malaysian Indian who has brought honour to the country
    Loghandran was born in Kuala Lumpur ,now residing in Puchong Selangor

    Dear YB Tian chua,

    As a rakyat , it’s very sad that things are going out of hand in Perak. Every day I can see Perak issue in newspaper , internet and others media.
    The end result will be the Perakian have to pay the price for the out-come of the crisis.
    Let’s go back in time – 8 mac 2009 GE. This is my opinion on the Perak issue.
    The MP’s that contest for the constituency are support by the their parties. These MP’s representatives will get a mandate from the pubic / voters.
    By winning the seat in any constituency , the MP’s are bound / married with the voters of that particular constituency.
    In other words, it’s a legal contract bet. the MP’s and Voters. By each parties action (MP and voters) there is a SOCIAL Contract at work.
    As I can recall my varsity studies in Law of contract. which states that when there is a meeting of a mutual minds, the binding is valid and a contract is establish.
    Bring back to the Perak crisis, The MP’s , by their action, surrendering the role given by the voters , should not and cannot acceptable. These MP’s cannot be and independent MP’s.
    Why, because the mandate given by the voters clearly says that we vote you as that particular party MP. (PKR MP’s or DAP MP’s) and the other parties.
    Therefore, there is a breach of Social Contract bet. the voters and the elected MP’s.
    And therefore, the people of that consistency have the right to removed him/her through the court channel.
    The people of that consistency must unite , decide and prosecute these MP’s as their right had been prostitute / sold to another parties.
    This is my opinion and my interpretation to this crisis.
    I hope my Perakian friends will be bold enough to stand up for their rights to elect and remove MP’s.

    I would like to apologies if my message is cruel and unjust to anybody that reads it.
    I also hope that , my opinion should NOT be circulate for any personal benefits.
