三美不退位論:不想被糟糕的人領導
国阵的老同志林敬益就快退位了，公共工程部長三美威魯却没有放慢脚步的征象，近来傳媒多次追問何時退位一事，三美于13日回应记者，引用哲學家柏拉圖格言：
“我不退位，因為不想被糟糕的人領導！”
因为他不想被更糟糕的人領導，所以決定繼續活躍于政壇。
“政治人物可來可去，不過如果我們不參與政治，面對痛苦的不是政府，而是我們自己！”他解释：”這就是為何我至今，依然活躍政壇的原因。”
希腊名哲學家柏拉圖《共和国》中说過：”不參與政治的智者，最大懲罰是活在由極糟糕的人所領導的政府下。”
三美暴露了自己的领导无方，等于说目前印度国大党内，所有领袖都极糟糕，每人有能力领导。
各位有尊严的人士，三美的回答清楚交待他的立场，他已经宣布与国阵共存，国阵不倒，三美不走。
人民只有发奋图强，如果不想让像三美这样糟糕的人领导，我们只有积极参加政党，推动改革。除非，大家都感觉三美是最能干、最有魅力的领袖。
